SFI becomes a member of the International Society for the Study of Fatty Acids and Lipids (ISSFAL)
The International Society for the Study of Fatty Acids and Lipids (ISSFAL) is the foremost international scientific society focused on the health impact of fatty acids and dietary lipids.
SFI recently became a corporate member of the association. The recent 12th Biennial ISSFAL Congress, hosted in South Africa from 5-9 September 2016, was a unique occasion for SFI to be recognised as a new player in the field of fatty acids and lipids.
As part of its inaugural presentation, SFI presented preliminary research on Equazen eye q™ and Mumomega™; allowing SFI to strengthen its relationships with international researchers and clinicians.
During the Congress, Flordis South Africa welcomed over 300 participants to their Equazen booth, with attendees keen to learn more about the Equazen product range and research.
“Equazen is great product with a strong history of European consumer demand and clinical research behind it. Since launching Equazen to the South African market, we have continued to see both increasing interest from healthcare professionals and consumers in the product.”
