Brand Manager

We’re looking for an experienced, curious and enterprising Brand Manager who will be responsible to lead the SFI Health Branded Cognitive portfolio, with a focus on Equazen portfolio in the UK market and at EMEA level.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Design and lead the Marketing Plan for the UK and EMEA markets supplied with Cognitive Products, with a focus on our premium and balanced Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids range Equazen
  • Define and manage the Marketing Budget and Investments targeted on final consumers with the objective to drive growth and profitability and to improve Brand metrics in UK and in the EMEA markets
  • Set the ground for regional brand strategy execution in terms of creativity, content and tools in line with the consumer journey and across all touchpoints
  • Implement and evaluate effective marketing strategies and tactical campaigns to drive sales and profitability increase in the UK market through all the distribution channels, both offline and online (i.e. Boots, Amazon)
  • Manage the launch of new products and be responsible of Life Cycle Management according to Global Marketing guidelines
  • Develop and implement marketing and brand initiatives for consumers and buyers and e-commerce platforms
  • Collect market data, perform competitor analysis, prepare marketing plans, define/refine products positioning and communication for the EMEA Region within the Cognitive Portfolio
  • Work closely with the Regional Marketing & Digital Teams to define and manage effective marketing strategies and actions consistently with the brands strategic positioning at EMEA level
  • Collaborate with commercial Partners in key geographies to effectively implement marketing actions focused on final consumers’ needs
  • Work closely with the Global marketing team to introduce/adapt new initiatives, ensure on-going effective communications and sharing of best practice
  • Collaborating with the UK Sales manager, EMEA Sales Manager Partners’ Market and the ME Sales Manager to develop UK and regional promotional assets to support sales activities in existing and new territories
  • Work with Regulatory to ensure all products comply with legal requirements (PAGB, HFMA)

Key Requirements and Skills :

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master of Science in relevant area: Marketing, Economics or Management
  • 3/5 years of experience in a Brand Management role in the UK market, preferably in the Consumer Healthcare category
  • Previous experiences of collaboration with European markets is a preferential title
  • Capacity to evaluate and analyze a brand P&L
  • Experience in the e-commerce environment will be considered a plus
  • Strong & passionate communicator and team-worker
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic environment, and to provide innovative approaches in a team-based structure
  • Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, a clear focus on high quality outcomes and strong attention to detail
