Medical Affairs and Education Manager EMEA

The Medical Affairs and Education Manager EMEA is responsible for the development and implementation of the medical strategy and to develop, build and deliver clinical & medical technical trainings and education across the EMEA Region for the regional portfolio. 

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Define and develop the regional medical/education strategy to ensure SFI Health products are competitive, visible and credible for Healthcare Professionals and Scientific Community
  • Define and develop a 3-5 year EMEA Education strategy
  • Manage medical training program to the distributors and their sales force
  • Collaborating with the Marketing EMEA team and the Regional Regulatory team for the development of marketing assets online/offline
  • Support our B2B customers in key launch activities of new products and in the organization of local event and develop relationships with external Key Opinion Leaders
  • Develop and support the implementation of pharmaceutical research and trials in different development phases in alignment with the SFI Health regional portfolio products positioning

Key Requirements and Skills :

  • Degree in Health sciences (Medicine, Pharmacy or Chemistry)
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in educational role in healthcare
  • Demonstrate a good knowledge of the pharmaceutical and natural medicines market including clinical knowledge, hospital hierarchies, professional organizations, wholesalers, pharmacies, medical centers, naturopaths, etc.
  • Demonstrated ‘self-starter’ and be comfortable working either individually or as part of a team
  • High level analytical skills and digital experience
  • A high level of confidence with a convincing presentation style and capability to make key recommendations to drive business
  • Key stakeholder management and high customer orientation
  • Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, a clear focus on high quality outcomes and strong attention to detail
  • Fluent in written and oral English

Location of Position:  The role will be based in our EMEA HQ near Lugano, Switzerland
