Back Office Assistant

We are looking for a Back Office Assistant to work alongside our UK Team, based in Wigan. The role will support administrative activities of different departments, manage and build relations inside and outside the organization and assist the order and invoice processes.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Collect information and process new products request / changes
  • Manage expenses and general accounts administration
  • Provide support to the Regulatory Department in compliance and regulatory matters
  • Management and maintenance of the company’s Manufacturing and Wholesale Dealers Authorizations
  • Build relationships and successfully liaise with the UK Management Team in order to transfer relevant information
  • Participate and support in regulatory inspections by the competent authority and customers
  • Support the preparation of meetings, trainings and related materials; minutes taking when required
  • Maintain an overview of costs compared to budget
  • Manage customer service activities if necessary

Key Requirement and Skills:

  • Previous relevant experience in the role, ideally in healthcare or pharmaceutical companies
  • Degree (Economics, Language, etc.) and/or qualifications post-graduate will be positively valued
  • Fully conversant in Microsoft Office 365 and proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written skills)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Project management
  • Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, a clear focus on high quality outcomes and strong attention to details

The role will be based in Wigan (UK)
