Brand Manager

We’re looking for an experienced, curious and enterprising Brand Manager who will be responsible to lead the SFI Health Branded Cognitive portfolio, with a focus on Equazen portfolio in the UK market and at EMEA level.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Design and lead the Marketing Plan for the UK and EMEA markets supplied with Cognitive Products, with a focus on our premium and balanced Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids range Equazen
  • Define and manage the Marketing Budget and Investments targeted on final consumers with the objective to drive growth and profitability and to improve Brand metrics in UK and in the EMEA markets
  • Set the ground for regional brand strategy execution in terms of creativity, content and tools in line with the consumer journey and across all touchpoints
  • Implement and evaluate effective marketing strategies and tactical campaigns to drive sales and profitability increase in the UK market through all the distribution channels, both offline and online (i.e. Boots, Amazon)
  • Manage the launch of new products and be responsible of Life Cycle Management according to Global Marketing guidelines
  • Develop and implement marketing and brand initiatives for consumers and buyers and e-commerce platforms
  • Collect market data, perform competitor analysis, prepare marketing plans, define/refine products positioning and communication for the EMEA Region within the Cognitive Portfolio
  • Work closely with the Regional Marketing & Digital Teams to define and manage effective marketing strategies and actions consistently with the brands strategic positioning at EMEA level
  • Collaborate with commercial Partners in key geographies to effectively implement marketing actions focused on final consumers’ needs
  • Work closely with the Global marketing team to introduce/adapt new initiatives, ensure on-going effective communications and sharing of best practice
  • Collaborating with the UK Sales manager, EMEA Sales Manager Partners’ Market and the ME Sales Manager to develop UK and regional promotional assets to support sales activities in existing and new territories
  • Work with Regulatory to ensure all products comply with legal requirements (PAGB, HFMA)

Key Requirements and Skills :

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master of Science in relevant area: Marketing, Economics or Management
  • 3/5 years of experience in a Brand Management role in the UK market, preferably in the Consumer Healthcare category
  • Previous experiences of collaboration with European markets is a preferential title
  • Capacity to evaluate and analyze a brand P&L
  • Experience in the e-commerce environment will be considered a plus
  • Strong & passionate communicator and team-worker
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic environment, and to provide innovative approaches in a team-based structure
  • Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, a clear focus on high quality outcomes and strong attention to detail

Production Manager

The Production Manager will manage and coordinate the Manufacturing and Maintenance team based in Switzerland, to ensure a proper management of production, packaging, logistic and maintenance processes with the aim of guarantee efficiency and optimization of SFI Health Supply Chain model.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Plan, lead, organize and control the manufacturing activities of the Switzerland site in order to achieve the required production volumes, defined by the sales budget, guaranteeing quality and meeting deadlines
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Process Technology to ensure production capacities, define the technical and organizational developments allowing the achievement of the general objectives of the site
  • Coordinate manufacturing operations in accordance with applicable operating procedures, GMP and hygiene standards
  • Ensure Quality Management Systems and procedures are followed in all areas of responsibility
  • Collaborate with Maintenance and Engineering to ensure that the manufacturing infrastructure is continuously maintained in an efficient and safe condition
  • Continuous management, monitoring, development and improvement of processes to ensure consistent and successful maintenance and manufacturing service delivery
  • Define Manufacturing and Maintenance strategies, guidelines, objectives, controlling the implementation
  • Introduce and control the cost indicators and cost control of Maintenance in accordance with the annual budget
  • Investigate and implement new technology to improve productivity, quality, cost and safety of operations and maintenance
  • Guarantee the continuous improvement of production and logistic flows, accordingly with company objectives and established KPIs
  • Contribute to new product development projects, existing ones and line extensions

Key Requirements and Skills :

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience within of CDMO/Pharmaceutical/Food Production industry
  • Demonstrable experience in Maintenance Management, Service Management or Engineering
  • 5 years of Leadership experience
  • Technical knowledge of EU GMP
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Excellent planning, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and effectively manage change
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver direction and motivation in an effective manner at all levels

Senior Account & Project Manager

The Senior Account and Project Manager SFI Solutions will be responsible for long-term relationships management with existing and new customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. In this role, he/she will manage and develop a team of Account & Project Managers responsible for customers management and satisfaction, providing solutions and products that meet their objectives.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Manage the entire SFI Health Solutions Projects and Account portfolio and act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Proactively manage, develop and maintain strong active relationships with Accounts and be responsive to their expectations and needs in operations and project execution on a timely basis, ensuring quality and consistency of service and/or product delivery
  • Manage and develop accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationship and the related revenues
  • Ensure customer satisfaction as well as the business results of the activities and of the team
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and inform Business Development & Licensing Managers
  • Manage expectations, engagement and communication with SFI Health Solutions project stakeholders
  • Be the link between key customers and internal teams for the SFI Health Solutions projects

Key Requirements and Skills :

  • Master’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering
  • Project management certification
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in the role within of CDMO/Pharmaceutical/Food Production industry
  • Technical knowledge of EU GMP
  • Strong planning, organizational and leadership skills
  • Willing and able to challenge stakeholders to better understand their needs. Competent in project management, governance formulation, and team management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Head of Operations EMEA

The Head of Operations EMEA is the strategic leader across Regional Purchasing, Manufacturing, Packaging, Warehousing and Logistics. In this role, the individual will develop and implement new methods to achieve cost savings while delivering best practices in Manufacturing and Procurement. The Head of Operations is responsible for 2 international CDMO sites.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Overview of the product portfolio of the Group to integrate possible resource, knowledge, capability, with the aim to improve efficiency and costs in the Group
  • Manage and guarantee the entire Supply Chain in the EMEA Region following the Business (as CDMO and as Branded own products manufacturer)
  • Establish intercompany procedures for management in Operations
  • As responsible for Food Authorisation assure the release of food products for Domestic and exportation Market accordingly with the Swiss Law
  • As responsible for Drug Authorisation assures the management of drug products accordingly with the Swiss Law
  • Develop SFI as service provider for manufacturing, chemical and microbiological analyses, for product development services for Contract Manufacturing services according to the defined company commercial and financial targets
  • Lead teams in the development, transfer and launching of new products
  • Investigate and implement new technology to improve productivity, quality, cost and safety of operations and maintenance
  • Manage Costs and resources to maximize productivity and to meet the business requirements
  • Establish operating expense and capital budgets for the fiscal year for production areas and monitors monthly
  • Overview of the entire Supply Chain in the region for the SFI Group

Skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years experience within of CDMO/Pharmaceutical/Food Production industry
  • 5 years of Leadership experience (preferably multiple and international sites)
  • Technical knowledge of EU GMP
  • Lean Six Sigma
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
